We understand that the art of dance has the power to transform lives in our communities. Individuals who engage in dance show superb respect and empathy. They lead happy lives by reducing stress levels, socializing, and improving relaxation. To children, it improves cognitive development, functions, and coordination. It also boosts their physical, communication, and creative skills. Dancing encompasses infinite emotions and abilities in individuals. We want to embrace these capabilities. That's why we established Oklahoma Dance Foundation.

We are on a mission to provide top-notch dance sessions while empowering the Oklahoma community. Our goal is to support children and adults at all levels through dance, starting with the overall well-being of an individual and ending with the meaning of a community. We believe our approaches will not only provide creative experiences to children and adults but be a vehicle for sustainable well-being, progress, and transformation. We offer a wide range of programs, including cognitive studies, professional and personal education, community development, special needs and education, and rehabilitation and mental health awareness.
